Duoline®, producer of premium internal corrosion resistant lining system for oil and gas steel tubing, opened its new ultramodern 130,000 ft² (12,077m²) manufacturing facility in Gilmer, Texas, four hours from the major shipping port of Houston.
For the new facility, Duoline® wanted a floor that not only enhanced the building design but also offered chemical resistance in the production areas.
The self-leveling properties of Flowshield SL gave the floor the smooth finish Duoline® was looking for, adding hard wearing and abrasion resistance, in addition to the convenience of being a seamless, hygienic, easy to clean, non-tainting flooring system.
Flowseal UV was the topcoat selected for the project, giving the floor the chemical resistance specified for the new building.
Now 50,000 ft² (12,077m²) of Flowcrete floors shine and light-up Duoline®’s state-of-the-art facility.
