Flowcrete To Showcase New Products at WOC
Flowcrete North America is launching its new flooring products at the 2012 World of Concrete, at Las Vegas Convention Center, on January 24th.
The addition to these new products to the catalog allows the company to offer a better a service to its customer base, improving the product selection for the end user.
Industrial Flooring Systems:
Flowcoat LXP HD is a light to medium duty, solvent free, flexible polyurethane coating.
- Slip resistant profile can be produced by incorporation of aggregates between coats, according to project requirements.
- Designed to be used over wood, steel and concrete.
- Ideal to be used on elevated decks or in areas of vibration.
- Excellent chemical resistance – great for industrial environments
- Easy to clean and sterilize, low maintenance required
- High abrasion resistance
- No odor – Unique 100% solids polyurethane formulation
- It is suitable for use in process, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing areas subjected to heavy foot and pallet truck traffic.
- Seamless finish, except for underlying slab joints
- VOC - 10 g/l
- Available in different colors
Flooring Sealers:
Flowseal Ultra is a fast curing flooring sealer
- UV light stable – will not yellow when exposed to sunlight
- Very fast cure – one day turn around system
- Superior chemical resistance – great for industrial environments
- Cures at low temperatures, offering a broad application window
- Designed to be used as a fast curing UV stable sealer or receiving coat for flake and quartz broadcast systems.
- VOC - 5 g/l
Flowseal HTS is a hard wearing polyurethane sealer.
- Extremely durable – last longer than typical polyurethane sealers
- Very low odor during installation - can be applied in working environments
- Provides a satin finish – enhances appearance of working environment
- Scratch resistant – within time, looks better than other flooring systems
- UV light stable – will not yellow when exposed to sunlight
