Flowcrete Strengthens Presence in Indonesia
Flowcrete Asia, the international flooring specialist company, has further expanded its presence in South East Asia with the opening of a sales and technical support office in Indonesia.
The move follows on from recent successes in this key market with flooring projects carried out for multinational companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, L’Oreal, Unilever, Frisian Flag and Charoen Pokphand.
Fabian Paimanta, formerly Business Manager at BASF, has been appointed as Country Manager, with Sudarman Patmoharjo coming on board to provide technical site support. Both have extensive experience in the specialist flooring sector with particular knowledge of resin flooring products.
Flowcrete Asia’s Director of Sales Desmond Sin says, “This is a significant step forward in the expansion of our regional network and will enable us to better service our customers in this important market. Having technical staff on the ground also means we will be able to provide site support to our approved applicators in the area.”
Much of Flowcrete Indonesia’s initial focus will be on the food & beverage, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors where Flowcrete’s range of seamless resin systems caters to multiple applications. Systems include Flowfresh with built-in antimicrobial for areas requiring the highest levels of hygiene, Flowfast for fast-track refurbishment work and Deckshield for car park coating.
